Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Postauto ("we", "us"), the operator of the Postauto service at postauto.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Postauto on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. The service
Postauto lets you draft, schedule, and publish content to third-party social networks from one place, including through automated clients and AI agents acting on your behalf. We provide the tooling; the content you publish remains yours and your responsibility.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
- One person or entity per account unless your plan says otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Postauto to:
- violate the rules, developer policies, or terms of any connected network. Each social network you publish to has its own rules, and you must comply with them. We may suspend publishing that a network flags or that clearly breaches its policies;
- send spam: bulk unsolicited content, misleading engagement schemes, or repetitive identical posts intended to manipulate network systems;
- publish content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have rights to;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or access it by any means we have not documented;
- resell the service without a written agreement with us.
Automated use through agents and scripts is welcome; the same rules apply to what your automation publishes as if you had posted it yourself.
4. Connected social accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorize Postauto to publish to it on your instruction. You confirm you are entitled to connect that account. You can disconnect any account at any time from the app, and revoke access from the network's own settings. See our security overview for how credentials are protected.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- The Free plan is free and requires no payment method. Paid plans (Pro, Business) bill monthly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from your billing page, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax; applicable tax is shown at checkout.
- If a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; changes apply from your next billing period, and you can cancel before they take effect.
- Plan limits (connected channels, posts per month) are enforced in the product and described on the pricing page.
6. Early-access channels
Some networks are marked early access: the integration is built, but publishing depends on an approval process run by the network itself (for example Meta App Review or Google's API compliance audit). We do not control those timelines and cannot guarantee when, or whether, a network grants approval. Early-access channels are provided as-is until they go live, and their unavailability is not a defect in the service.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create and publish through Postauto. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and transmit that content to the networks you choose. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not publish anything except on your instruction or your automation's instruction.
8. Third-party networks
The social networks you publish to are independent services with their own terms and availability. Networks change and revoke API access, rate limits, and features at any time; we work to adapt, but we are not responsible for a network rejecting, removing, or altering your content, or for network downtime.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, create risk for us, other users, or the networks we integrate with, or that are required to be suspended by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that publishing will be uninterrupted or error-free; a failed publish is reported in the product so you can retry.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 USD if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will give at least 14 days notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
