Instagram post scheduler
Draft once, pick your Instagram channel next to any other network you post to, and set the time. Postauto holds the limit of 2,200 characters against your draft, departs every channel at that minute, and tells you what Instagram did with it.

The rules
Taken from Instagram's own developer documentation, not from a marketing page.
Count your draft against this limit, and against every other network at the same time. No account needed.

|---|---|
| Character limit | 2,200 characters |
| Media rules | JPEG images via public URL; video publishes as Reels; up to 100 API posts per day |
| Account requirement | Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) |
| Availability | Early access (built, awaiting platform approval) |
Early access: built, awaiting platform approval
Requires Meta App Review and Business Verification. The integration is built and env-gated; it switches on when the review completes.
Departure
In the composer
Write once, tick your Instagram account alongside anything else you post to, and the counter runs against 2,200 characters while you type. Over the limit means you cannot schedule, not a failure tomorrow morning.
On the board
Scheduled posts line up by time. You see what leaves next, what already departed, and what needs a look, without opening anything.
After it leaves
Every channel reports separately. A Instagram rejection does not stop the other networks, and the network's own error text is shown on the board in plain language.
At rest
Your Instagram credentials are encrypted before they reach the database, are never logged in plaintext, and are decrypted only at the moment of publishing.
Per-channel results
One post, one row per channel. Departed channels carry a link to the live post; a failed channel carries the network's own error text, so you know whether to fix the wording, the media, or the connection.

Tick these next to Instagram in the composer and they all leave at the same time.

2,200 characters. The Postauto composer checks this limit against every account you select before the post is scheduled, so nothing fails at departure time over length.
Instagram professional account (Business or Creator).
The Instagram integration is fully built and tested, and is in early access while the network's app review completes. Requires Meta App Review and Business Verification. The integration is built and env-gated; it switches on when the review completes.
Instagram's API only accepts JPEG images and professional accounts. Tokens refresh automatically (60-day long-lived tokens).
Yes. One composer publishes to any mix of your connected channels, and each network's limits are checked per selected channel. Every channel departs at the same scheduled time.
Each channel reports its own result. If Instagram rejects a post, your other selected networks still publish, the post is marked partial, and the board shows a readable error for the failed channel.
Yes. The free plan includes 1 channel · 15 posts a month, no card required.
